San Diego Zoo.. Just Poppin' In

When living in San Diego, having a zoo pass is a must.  Less then $100 for 2 adults and less than $40 for a kid for a years admission is one helluv a bargain.  The summer Zoo at Night, is great, then sun begins to set, the big cats come out, and the tourists are on the way out.  It feels like you have the place to yourself. :) 

This year, they have Steam Powered Giraffe playing as you walk in, super cool!

 

Free gondola ride are included!  Who doesn't love that?

 

As the sun goes away, the peacocks are loudly vocal with their requests for you to "Get Out"!

The Polar Bears however, are sleeping, so they opted to hang with the silver versions.

 

The Zebras were down to hang out.

The Red Panda was my choice to take home.
