Move Ahead or Fall Behind

Always starting new goals, yesterday it was a big dramatic. I hired a personal trainer, for 12 months.
We will see how that works out...
Otherwise, I have rebooted the 100 days of skate, on top of the daily regimen of 100 * pushups, crunches, squats and 5 * 1 minute planks and wall sits.
