What a Morning!

What a morning!
I get into my car to go to work and my seat has been moved??? WTF?
The only thing I notice that is different, is that I have more GAS than yesterday!
On the ride up, the news says that the law to raise the smoking age to 21 has gone to the governors desks. I approve.
The push to build a new ballpark downtown, and expand the convention center in the process is gaining momentum. I approve.
I pass the UTC mall and can see great strides in the building of the trolley terminal, which expands the trolley from Old Town to La Jolla, I approve.
And my Friday bagel was delicious.

Been really enjoying the auto biography I am reading  by Graham Nash.  The wonderful stories from the other side of the pond of American Rock n Roll, the first time he say Bill Haley and the Comets, his first trip to NY with the Hollies, where he noted hearing Little Richard cuss out an new kid for upstaging him by playing that guitar with his  teeth (Hendrix). Meeting Cass, Crosby, Stills and Neal to the crack of of the 80s. Just has been a great read! Those guys smoked a helluva lot of pot!

Most Likely To Succeed

We went to HTH tonight to watch this documentary, about HTH, and 2 of teacher in focus are Shea's current teachers. The kids in focus were then freshmen, and are now seniors and were in the audience tonight. We are so lucky for her to be in such an amazing environment.
